Who are we looking for

Capitalizing on our success, we are growing our multi-talented team, and today we are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Project Manager to help shape the strategy and vision of our cutting-edge, artificial intelligence-powered product related to Anti-Money Laundering.

Tasks include

  • Manage and develop strong relationships with the company’s partners – act as the mediator between company and client (banks), facilitate two-way communication
  • Liaise with the Product, Development, Data Science, and Sales teams to communicate client expectations
  • Establish important metrics with the client and internal teams
  • Analyze delivery data and client feedback to suggest any internal improvements
  • Plan and coordinate daily tasks – manage the day-to-day activities of the project; communicate with Product Owners, Product Managers and Tech Leads as necessary to ensure project deliverables are on schedule, within cost and quality parameters as well as identify and track potential external dependencies of the project
  • Follow up any outstanding items and resolve them at the fastest, earliest possible time

Our requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ work experience as a Project Manager in Software Development preferably on vendor site (IT systems integrator)
  • Experience using Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, SAFe) 
  • Proficient in Jira 
  • Technical background
  • Usage of straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing others.
  • Ability to disseminate technical and business information in English
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Problem-solving and goal-oriented attitude
